Our ANSI Corrugated Flange Protectors are manufactured from a lightweight form of Polycor Plastic, and are corrugated for shock absorption purposes. They are available in a number of Pressure Series, from 150lbs up to 900lbs. These offer a good level of protection during a range of industrial and commercial uses. This includes during transportation to site.
As a cost effective and easy-to-fit solution, these simply secure to the face of the flange with cable ties or adhesives. This is to provide an extra layer of protection. We generally recommend forms of Flange Protection for high cost flanges, where long-term storage or haulage may be required.
