– Belleville Spring Washers are used to apply a spring load to the gland follower of a packed valve. This process helps to reduce the loss of packing stress and maintain a consistent load on the packing gland.
– Used in valves, pumps and expansion joints to seal against liquids & gases. Made from soft pliable yarns such as Flexible Graphite, PTFE, Aramid Fibres and can include materials such as lubricants and wire reinforcements.
– A high performance valve packing. Also suitable for sealing rotary and reciprocating pumps. Available in ring form, endless (solid) or split (scarf or butt cut). Can be used as stand alone packing or in combination with Machined Carbon Rings.
